Job Shadowing in Linares – Einblicke in den Schulalltag in Spanien dank Erasmus+

Vom 24. bis 27. September 2025 hatten wir die besondere Gelegenheit, im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Programms eine spanische Partnerschule, die Salesianos San Agustín in Linares (Andalusien), zu besuchen und an einem Job Shadowing teilzunehmen.

Während unseres Aufenthalts durften wir das Kollegium der Salesianos-Schule im Unterrichtsalltag begleiten, Unterrichtsformen beobachten und spannende Einblicke in die Organisation sowie Didaktik einer spanischen Bildungseinrichtung gewinnen. Das Miteinbezogenwerden in das Schulleben und der kollegiale Austausch waren nicht nur informativ, sondern auch persönlich und beruflich bereichernd.

Ein besonderes Highlight war der 26. September – der Europäische Tag der Sprachen. Gemeinsam mit den Sprachlehrkräften der Schule und den Schüler:nnen haben wir eine interaktive Präsentation auf die Beine gestellt, die die sprachliche und kulturelle Vielfalt Europas sichtbar machte. Die Motivation und Offenheit der Jugendlichen war dabei beeindruckend und hat uns sehr inspiriert.

Ebenso aufschlussreich war die Teilnahme am Robotikkurs sowie der Besuch in den bilingualen Klassen, in denen Inhalte auf Spanisch und Englisch vermittelt werden. Die Kombination von Technik, Sprachen und interaktiven Lernformen zeigte, wie tiefgründig und zukunftsorientiert Unterricht heute sein kann.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Schule Salesianos für die offene Aufnahme und die vielen spannenden Einblicke – und natürlich an Erasmus+, das diesen Austausch möglich gemacht hat.

Solche Erfahrungen zeigen eindrucksvoll, wie wertvoll europäische Zusammenarbeit im Bildungsbereich ist – für Lehrkräfte genauso wie für Schüler:innen.

 Job Shadowing en Linares – Una mirada al día a día escolar en España gracias a Erasmus+

Del 24 al 27 de septiembre de 2025, tuvimos la oportunidad especial de visitar, en el marco del programa Erasmus+, un centro escolar asociado en España: el colegio Salesianos San Agustín en Linares (Andalucía), y de participar en una experiencia de Job Shadowing.

Durante nuestra estancia, pudimos acompañar al profesorado del colegio Salesianos en su rutina diaria, observar diferentes métodos de enseñanza y conocer de cerca la organización y la didáctica de un centro educativo español. Ser parte del día a día escolar y el intercambio con los colegas fue no solo informativo, sino también enriquecedor a nivel personal y profesional.

Uno de los momentos más destacados fue el 26 de septiembre – el Día Europeo de las Lenguas. Junto con el profesorado de idiomas y el alumnado, preparamos y realizamos una presentación interactiva que puso en valor la diversidad lingüística y cultural de Europa. La motivación y apertura del alumnado nos impresionaron y nos inspiraron profundamente.

También fue muy enriquecedor participar en el taller de robótica y visitar las clases bilingües, donde se imparten contenidos en español e inglés. La combinación de tecnología, lenguas y metodologías activas mostró cómo puede ser una enseñanza profunda y orientada al futuro.

Damos las gracias de corazón al colegio Salesianos por su cálida acogida y por todos los conocimientos compartidos – y, por supuesto, a Erasmus+, por hacer posible este intercambio.

Experiencias como esta muestran claramente lo valiosa que es la colaboración europea en el ámbito educativo – tanto para el profesorado como para el alumnado.

It has been a pleasure to receive in our school our colleagues from Germany, Ms Isabel and Ms Dora from the Leibniz Gymnasium.

Together with the English teacher, Ms Virginia and the Erasmus coordinator Mr Juan Pablo they have shared their knowledge and experience to improve the teaching tools and the internationalisation of both schools.

On Wednesday evening a meeting to plan the visit and future exchanges of students was held. The four teachers could organise the teaching activities and the job shadowing fully.

On Thursday and Friday, the German teachers had the opportunity to meet the students in the 3rd and 4th year of secondary education. The Spanish students were delighted with Ms Inigo German class and were able to practice with Ms Dora in cooperative groups the useful expressions they had just learnt.

Furthermore, the Erasmus + project was presented to parents by the bilingual coordinator Ms Sandra in a meeting that took place from 18.00 to 20.00. Isabel and Dora learnt about the school system, the regulations, the evaluation system and about some other relevant issues.

Discovering the town monuments and cultural sites was another positive area to highlight during the German teacher’s stay in Linares.

We are looking forward to having them back with their students in February!
